Data Storage: The only personal information we store is your name and email address, which are kept in our client list for ongoing communication and service delivery. All other project-specific information is not retained post completion of your project.

Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all information provided by our clients. No project information, including the content you wish to transform into clickable buttons, will be shared outside our service process.

WE reasonably find the third-party services used for the project follow similar data storage and confidentiality policies.

Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership and Use: At Kaz Ocean, we craft unique digital products with creativity at their core. Some of the images and design elements we use are sourced from Canva.com, utilized under the terms of both free and pro account licenses. For detailed information on the usage rights, please refer to Canva's Content License Agreement. Our creations—spanning from website designs to interactive templates—are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaz Ocean.

Prohibited Use: The purchase or use of our services and products does not grant ownership rights. The content we provide is for your personal or business use, where applicable, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited without our express written consent.

Client Content: Clients retain full ownership of the original content they provide for transformation. Our service enhances your content by adding interactive functionalities; however, the underlying intellectual property rights of the provided content remain with the client.

Infringement: We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe that your material has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with your claim.
